St. John Valley Support Groups

Support groups are designed to help individuals and their family members cope with their existing disease or medical condition. The St. John Valley Support Group meetings are conducted in Fort Kent, Maine, at Northern Maine Medical Center (NMMC), NMMC Rehab Therapy Services, and at Forest Hill Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center (FH). They are also conducted in Madawaska, Maine, at the Acadia Family Health Center (AFHC) and at the Madawaska Outpatient Center (MOPC).
